 VOTERS WITH DISABILITIES is owned and operated by the Congress of Disabled Persons Against Exploitation, a non-for-profit organization. VWD works in partnerships with organizations and foundations. Its propose is to inform and educate the public on issues effecting the lives and dignity of the elderly and disabled. Any opinions, statements, or questions made by VWD or its partners are their own.
